This comment couldn’t be anymore true. Diet is a big part of achieving a great body image. I never used to but on days I eat a unhealthy or maybe eat too much of something, I get annoyed because I’m sabotaging my progress. We all should have days when we let loose a little and enjoy the foods we love. But when I go through a few days of only half eating right, I realise I could be a little further ahead if I thought it through..
Note to self, ALWAYS plan your meals ahead of being starving and craving carbs!
